AWS Customer Success Directory

I am currently the manager of the AWS Customer Success Directory, a library containing over 3,000 customer reference case studies. Furthermore, I play a key role in developing and implementing web strategies for the AWS customer success pages. In my first post-graduate position, I have scaled the Directory from an under-resourced content management solution to the second-largest content library on the AWS website. This library competes with similar libraries from Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure. I have also launched tailored content experiences across 30 AWS industry and product-focused pages, including the AWS homepage, "What is AWS" page, and "What is Cloud Computing" page. Additionally, I conduct quarterly A/B tests to enhance the user experience of those browsing the library and to assess the impact of customer reference content on new AWS sign-ups. Finally, I oversee the technical maintenance of the library's back-end system, manage its data structure, and am responsible for its quality assurance.
